Two careers running in parallel for a decade — and the reason they turned out to be one advantage instead of two jobs.

The short version

At a Tas-heel centre in Al Ain, you watch the same system fail the same way every day. I started building software because I got tired of watching it.

Today I run Codi Designs as a studio and Tierox as a product suite — and much of Tierox traces back to something I first saw go wrong at the counter.

How I work

Understand the process firstBefore any design, I map how the work actually moves — including the steps people do outside the system.

Build in phases, with checkpointsOne section or feature at a time, reviewed before the next one starts.

Hand over something you can runWhere content changes often, you get a dashboard to edit it yourself instead of emailing a developer.
